Return & Refund Policy – Malané Decor

At Malane Decor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

30 Days Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Note: Custom or made-to-order items and bulk purchases (three or more of the same item) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain products (customized items, clearance items) are non-returnable

Return Authorization (RMA)

To start a return, please contact us at info@malanedecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, our returns team may provide further instructions from info@malanedecor.com

Return Method: In-store or by mail
Return Label: Provided for eligible returns (download/print)

 

Return Shipping Costs

If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide a free prepaid return label via email.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost

Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and label instructions by email

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

 

Refunds Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Depending on your payment method or bank, it may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will provide a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at info@malanedecor.com before sending anything back.
