Thank you for shopping with Malane Decor. This page explains where we ship, how much shipping costs, and when orders are expected to arrive.

Where We Ship

We ship to the destinations currently enabled at checkout:

Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Palestinian Territory, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam, and Yemen.

If a destination is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there at this time.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free ($0.00) for eligible orders to the destinations listed above. Any available shipping option and final shipping cost are shown before payment at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

  • Order handling time: 3-5 business days, Monday-Friday.
  • United States transit time: usually 7-10 business days after dispatch.
  • International transit time: usually 7-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Total estimated delivery time: usually 10-20 business days depending on destination and carrier handling.
  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Large, fragile, or made-to-order lighting pieces may require additional packing time. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email.

Tracking

After your order ships, we send a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

Product prices are shown in USD. For international orders, local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or import fees may be collected by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included unless they are shown during checkout.

Address Changes

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order if your shipping address needs to be changed. Once an order has shipped, the address usually cannot be changed.
