Carso Ceiling Lamp

Carso Ceiling Lamp is a minimalist cylindrical ceiling light in textured composite material with an integrated 6W LED, available in Dia 14 cm × H 11 cm or Dia 14 cm × H 20 cm (Dia 5.5" × H 4.3" or H 7.9"), designed for hallways, corridors, bedrooms and living rooms.

The rough, porous surface of the composite body reads like cut stone against a flat painted ceiling, which is what makes the Carso work as a ceiling accent rather than a utility fixture. At 14 cm across it is small enough to be used in a run — a series of the 20 cm column version spaced along a corridor gives a rhythmic light path instead of one flat overhead glare. The shorter 11 cm version sits closer to the ceiling for lower rooms, and five colourways plus a choice of warm or cool light let you tune it to concrete, plaster or timber ceilings.

How many Carso Ceiling Lamps do I need for a hallway?

Plan on one Carso every three to four feet along a hallway, because each fixture is a 6W accent light rather than a whole-room source. A 12-foot corridor typically takes three or four in a line, and staying on one colourway keeps the run reading as a single architectural element.

Does the Carso Ceiling Lamp use a replaceable bulb?

No — the Carso uses an integrated LED rather than a replaceable bulb, so there is no socket or bulb to buy. It draws approximately 6 watts and wires to a ceiling junction box on a standard wall switch.

Which colour temperature should I choose?

Choose Warm Light for bedrooms, hallways and living rooms where you want the composite texture to look softer and more stone-like, and Cool Light for work areas or above kitchen counters where you want cleaner task visibility. The colour temperature is fixed at the point of order and cannot be changed afterwards.

What is the Carso Ceiling Lamp made of?

The body is a high-density composite material with a deliberately rough, porous texture. It is an indoor fixture rated for AC 110–240V, so it works on US household wiring without a converter.
